with the FCC cracking down on advertising regulations the advertising industry has agreed on a standard icon which is said to be added to all online advertisements that are based on a users demographics and stored information starting midsummer 2010.
Jules Polonetsky co-chairman and directory of the Future of Privacy Forum compared it to the recycling logo. The concept behind that was coming up with a uniform way to present the information so when people see the “i” they will understand what it means.
its speculated that in addition to the little “i” there will also be content around “Why did I see this”.

So what’s better then sleep, sex or shooting people? Not a whole lot especially when it comes to network TV.
well Bauer is back and this season is going to rock. I can feel it I mean come on now the guy beats being poisoned and gets reunited with Kim. Whose better than him? Well me but lets not go there. I mean I too am mean with a 45 or preferred 50 cal.
I’m just hoping we don’t have a Kim kidnap or something season one-ish cause you know how the writers love to put Elisha as the damsel in distress.
Speaking of Elisha do we remember when she used to look like this?
what I want to know is how she ended up looking like….
alright that’s my rant for today… I know, I know, I still have to post the stuff from CES. but that takes too much time!!

So here it is January 5th already and I am just writing my first blog post. Its tough to find the time to write between running a business, just becoming a homeowner and being the Mr. Fix-it for everyone’s lives. I figured this would be a good place to dish my New Years Resolutions and random rants and rambling for anyone who cares to read them.
So my awesome brother bought me a Playstation 3 as a housewarming gift and though it will probably mostly be used as a Blueray DVD player I went out and bought the new Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 2 game. I mean what could it hurt having a video game in the house for those times when i’m not glued to my computer writing code, developing marketing strategies or running DS? Well the only thing that is hurting right now is my thumbs cause I have been sneaking and playing the game every chance I get.
Not sure if its the amazing graphics or the therapeutic nature of digitally shooting people in the head and taking out entire buildings with Rocket Propelled Grenades but this game is on the top of my life of past times right now when i’m not working or spending time with my amazing girlfriend. As for my friends they are all getting dragged into this recent addiction and the ones who matter are learning how to get their double joystick on!
and that my fellow readers is why twenty ten is all about guns and killing people Digitally of course
